Wadeline Theodore is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege (LMHC-D) and the Founder and Clinical Director of Theodore Mental Health Counseling, PLLC. With over a decade of clinical experience, she has built her practice on a foundational belief: that every person deserves access to high-quality, culturally competent, and trauma-informed mental health care — regardless of their background, circumstances, or story.
Mrs. Theodore began her career in 2013, working in agency settings with children, adolescents, and their families. That experience gave her a front-row view of the gaps in traditional behavioral health systems, the barriers of insurance, childcare, time, and a one-size-fits-all approach that too often left clients feeling unseen. Determined to do better, she founded Theodore Mental Health Counseling, PLLC, creating a private practice built around the client, not the system.
Her clinical approach is holistic, integrating mind, body, and spirit into every aspect of care. She collaborates with each client to develop a treatment plan tailored to their unique needs, empowering them to build resilience, reclaim balance, and move toward the life they deserve. Mrs. Theodore is deeply committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and creating a space where individuals and families feel genuinely heard, accepted, and supported.
