Meet Our Counselors

Wadeline Theodore, LMHC-D

Wadeline Theodore is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who began her journey in the mental health field in 2013, working at an agency with children, adolescents, and their families. Through this experience, she recognized the profound impact that stress, anxiety, and depression can have on individuals and their families. She also came to understand how the lack of self-care affects not only an individual but also the family dynamic and home environment as a whole.

With a decade of experience working in agency settings, Mrs. Theodore witnessed gaps in person-centered treatment and understands how overwhelming the traditional behavioral health system can feel. She has seen clients struggle with challenges such as childcare, insurance, and time constraints, making it difficult to prioritize their mental well-being. Determined to find a better way to serve the community, she set out to create a more accessible and client-focused approach to mental health care.

Her passion for reducing the stigma surrounding therapy inspired her to establish a private practice, making high-quality mental health services more accessible to individuals and families. Each client has the opportunity to collaborate on a treatment plan tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

Mrs. Theodore is dedicated to providing a safe, judgment-free space where individuals and families feel heard, accepted, and supported. Her practice is rooted in culturally competent and trauma-informed care, offering a holistic approach to mental wellness. She believes that with the right support, every individual has the potential to achieve self-actualization and live a more balanced, fulfilling life.
