My Story

Wadeline Theodore started her journey in the mental health field in 2013 working at an agency with children, adolescents and their families. She then realized the impact stress, anxiety and depression have in the home and the family as a whole. She started to understand the negative impact that the lack of self-care, has on an individual, a child, the family and the home environment.

Working in agencies for 10 years, Mrs. Theodore has witnessed the discrepancy in person-centered treatment. She does understand how overwhelming feeling of the traditional behavioral community agency process. Mrs. Theodore has watched clients struggle facing life challenges include but not limited to; child care, insurance, and time. She knew that there had to be another way to provide service to the community.

The desire to decrease stigma of seeking therapy propelled the vision for private practice to make accessing and receiving quality mental health care easier for all families. Each individual has the opportunity to meet with the provider to create a treatment plan that is tailored to their needs and their family's needs.

She strives to provide a safe place for family to feel heard, accepted and free of judgements. The space is created with you in mind to provide culturally competent and trauma-informed care. Taking a unique holistic approach for each individual to reach self-actualization.
